Gregory Block

Greg is a dedicated Pony club instructor and has spent the last 25 years teaching at various different Pony Club centers around the world. Greg Gained his BHS AI in 1989 and shortly after headed to America to teach Summer Camp in New Hampshire. After travelling down the East Coast of America he went back to England to work in a Competition barn doing Affiliated Dressage, Show Jumping, and retraining 'point to point' and race horses.

 

He then went on to Bermuda and managed a riding school for 4.5 years, after returning home from Bermuda he took the position on Senior Instructor at Polar Park, where he also show jumped and evented. Many years of teaching led him to becoming Head Coach at Chigwell Riding Trust for kids with special needs, a flagship centre of the Riding for the Disabled Association where he taught for 10 years and took riders to National Competitions and even up the ParaOlympic ladder. Some of his riders were invited by team GB to represent their country, in 2017.

In March of 2021 Greg joined our team at the Equestrian Center where he teaches lessons for all ages and levels of riding.
